Always gotta bring in the new year with pork and cabbage!

In our house it's always been pork brats and sauerkraut for as long as I can remember. When invited us over I knew I had to do something so everyone had good luck for the year. So I just broke it down into an appetizer.
Smoked brats on the offset, homemade German kraut piled up on a baguette slice with a dab of Stone Ground mustard.

Now everyone is set for the new year!!!

Looking for an amazing rib sauce. Head over to the website and grab yourself a bottle. My Kansas City Chipotle BBQ sauce is the perfect pairing for ribs. I keep it a little thinner then most Kansas City sauces which makes it perfect for glazing your ribs and giving them that perfect cherry red color. While still maintaining that delicious vinegary molasses taste that everyone loves from KC style.
