Beechwood Acres, LLC Event and occasion rentals Currently we have one private guest room, upstairs, and will have two cottages available to rent in the near future.

We are available right now for small, intimate gatherings for business meetings, wedding and baby showers, graduation parties, small family reunions or dinners. All will be available year round. We are primarily focused on small groups and families. During the summer months, we can accommodate larger groups as weather permits.

I'm so sad to be leaving my beloved home and resort after 10 years of blood, sweat and tears. I've put my heart into this project and ask that my friends and followers continue to support it, under the new ownership of George LaPorte.

Beechwood Acres has been busy lately! We have been having a 3 day garage sale since Thursday, and have started getting more traffic coming by! The water is warming up and we may be able to be swimming very soon in beautiful Lake Erie. It has been a busy summer here at Beechwood Acres! I have guests in the Meadowview for a 2 week visit that ends this weekend. They came up from Florida and have loved the weather and the blueberries. Hope to have them back up again.

I had guests that were up last year and came back again. Wonderful people who have kids named Erin and Sean. My boys are Aaron and Sean! Had a family in the Lakeview with 8 children from 19 to 2 years of age. They all fit and had a wonderful time and left my cottage in pristine condition. Hope they come back again. They were wonderful.

I've been doing quite a few winery tours for couples or groups. That is going well also. We had guests here in both cottages and cabin for over 2 weeks and they had a tent put up in front of the lake and had a celebration of life for a deceased family member and a family reunion. I now have 2 firepits - 1 for each cottage and another for a campsite area. I am measuring out for campsites as well. Just have to figure some things out before we can actually advertise for them.

More guests coming this weekend and the following weekend as well. I sure hope it continues for a long time. I am enjoying all of the activity and they are all enjoying it here!

I have a wonderful family here at Beechwood Acres from New Castle, PA! The kids are enjoying the lake and they brought their kayaks - having a blast! Next weekend is the first rental of the Treetop Cabin with another group of guests. Things are starting to happen!

Beechwood Acres is open for business right now! Send your friends to the sight to see and reserve their spots!

The Treetop Cabin is now here and available for rent. Only $500/week-sleeps 6, with 2 full sized mattresses, and 2 twins in the loft. No linens provided. An upgrade from tent camping, with small fridge and microwave, propane grill, and restroom in barn. But you can still utilize this gorgeous property and beachfront, at your own risk of course!
