I have made the very difficult decision to close The Firefly for the month of January. We will not be booking any events. With COVID cases out of control, we cannot afford to put more of a burden on our healthcare system.

Please, stay safe and wear your mask.

We are renting out the space again as safely as possible! 🙂 I am renting the building as I feel it’s a safe alternative to having a gathering at a house where people would be so close together. Hello friends! Things are really picking up again at The Firefly! We are still condoning all health policies, but the sole responsibility of enforcing social distancing is up to the renter. Hello everyone! I am starting to get new inquiries about The Firefly for May. I know we are all getting cabin fever, unfortunately but understandably, the Governor has issued all event venues to be closed for the time being. This was stated in his Executive Order (No. 30) on April 28. I still have no clue when we will be allowed to open again. There is also still a ban on gatherings of 10 or more people. Please, remember The Firefly for your events when this is over. Feel free to reach out to reserve a date later in the year or you can let me know about dates in the coming months, and I'll get back to you when I know we can open. Thanks!

In compliance with the President and Governor’s word, we will be working with hosts to reschedule events now until April 30! Thank you for complying with social distancing. It is truly the only way to stop the spread.
