Pool Closure Alert – Saturday, July 19, 2025

Rifle Metro Pool will be closed to the public all day on Saturday, July 19, for a special event.

🌊 FREE Scuba Diving Experience!
Hosted by American Legion Post 78, this all-day event (8 AM – 5 PM) invites Veterans, active-duty military, first responders, and their families & friends to explore scuba diving—no experience needed!

🦽 Disabled participants are especially encouraged to attend.

Be aware when you’re out and about.

There is a water main break in the south roundabout. There are numerous utility lines in the area and repairs may be quite lengthy. The only areas without water should be the CDOT building and the Maverick gas station.
Please follow all detours and drive carefully in the area. Slow down for our workers!

🚛 Let’s Stuff This Truck!
This Thursday, we’re teaming up to collect donations for families affected by the recent floods in Texas.

🛻 A cargo truck will be parked at The Shops at Battlement Mesa for 2–3 hours — exact time coming soon!

Instead of sending it back to Texas empty, we’re filling it with supplies, hope, and love from our community. 💙

📋 We’ll post a list of most-needed items soon.
📍 Come by, donate, and help spread the word!

Let’s show Texas what Battlement Mesa is made of. 💪
