Cold, Snowy and windy days calls for Chili.. but not just ANY Chili, Award-Winning Disruption Rubs Venison Chili to be exact!
Here's my simple recipe. Feel free to try this at home!
Feeds: Approx. 10 people
2 pounds ground Venison (or other protein of your choice)
1 Large Onion - Finely Diced
1 Red Bell Pepper- Finely Diced
2 Cloves Garlic - Finely Diced
30 Oz Tomato Sauce
30 Oz Diced or Crushed Tomatoes
2(15 oz) Candice of chili beans
1/2 can of sweet corn
6oz Beer - no light beer a full flavored beer of your choice
3 Tbsp Award Winning Disruption Chili Deasoning
(That's all you need!)
1. Saute Onion and pepper on med heat in saucepan until soft, add garlic, cook a minute more.
2. Add your venison, use wooden spoon or spatula to separate the meat and brown accordingly, slowly incorporating the vegetables in with the meat.
3. Add the AMAZING Chili Seasoning to the meat mixture, mix and let cook for 2 minutes
4. Add your beer, give it a minute to deglaze in the pan.
5. Add your Tomatoes and sauce, stir and let simmer for 15 minutes. Reduce your heat to prevent splattering.
6. Add beans and corn, stir in to incorporate.
7. With heat still reduced, let Chili simmer for 40 minutes.
8. Ladle Chili in bowl. Top with your favorite toppings, I chose cheddar cheese and crushed Fritos
9. Enjoy. Feel free to get a few more bowls.
This chili seasoning is possibly the best chili seasoning I've ever used. From the aromatics to the flavor, it's truly out of this world.
