Are you looking for a welcoming space to host a class, workshop, demonstration, meeting, club, or hands-on experience?

The Fawnlight Room is interested in connecting with people of all ages and backgrounds who have something they would love to teach, share, or bring to the community. 🦌✨

This could include:

🧁 Baking or decorating classes
💼 Business or networking sessions
💃 Dance, fitness, or movement classes

Our space is located inside Northpark Mall in Ridgeland and can accommodate up to 50 guests. We are open to one-time events, recurring classes, collaborations, ticketed workshops, and other creative ideas.

You do not have to be an established instructor. If you have a skill, talent, hobby, or idea that you believe others would enjoy, we would love to hear from you.

🎨 Hello Local Artists! 🎨

The Fawnlight Room is planning our very first Paint Night, and we are looking for a friendly, experienced artist who would be comfortable guiding a small group through a beginner-friendly painting from start to finish.

We would love to partner with someone who can help select the painting, provide a supply list, purchase the necessary materials, and lead the class. The income from ticket sales would be split between the artist and The Fawnlight Room based on an agreed-upon arrangement.
Tickets would be $25 per person and would include:

🎨 A small canvas
🖌️ Paint and painting supplies
🥤 Drinks and light snacks
✨ A fun, relaxed evening at The Fawnlight Room

We would require a minimum of 15 paid registrations before purchasing supplies and officially confirming the event. This helps ensure that neither the artist nor the venue spends money on materials without enough attendance.
Artists who are interested are welcome to message us with examples of their work, any previous teaching experience, and their ideas for the event!

✨ TRADE COLLABORATION: Calling Local Event Decorators! ✨

The Fawnlight Room is currently looking for a local decorator who is open to a trade collaboration for our Grand Opening, planned for mid-August. At this time, exchanging services rather than paying a decorating fee would be the best fit for our growing business.

In exchange for decorating our Grand Opening, we can offer the selected decorator up to four hours of rental time at The Fawnlight Room for an event or gathering of their choice. The rental must take place on September 1, 2026, or later, is subject to availability, and will follow our standard rental policies.

We are mainly looking for help with a beautiful:

✨ Balloon arch
✨ Decorative arch
✨ Entrance display
✨ Simple photo area or backdrop

We are not looking for anything overly elaborate, just something polished, welcoming, and complementary to our soft, elegant, nature-inspired aesthetic. 🌿🦌

We already have plenty of flowers, greenery, decorative pieces, and other items that may be used in the setup. You are welcome to visit the venue, look through what we have available, see the space in person, and then work with us to decide what would be best.

This collaboration would also allow you to showcase your work, capture photos and videos for your business, and connect with guests and other local businesses during our Grand Opening.
