season has officially begun! These beautiful blades of color will be blooming for a few more weeks. Planted some new varieties this year. One customer nearly cried on Saturday when she saw our selections. “Glads are my favorite flower and they are hard to find”. Her husband bought a lovely selection for her and asked me if I thought they would be okay during their hour long drive back home. I sent them on their way with a jar of water to keep them fresh in the car for their journey.

I think we are READY!!!! It felt so good today to put together bouquets and bunches to share tomorrow morning at the OPENING DAY of the If you have a tall dramatic vase at your house that needs a tall dramatic arrangement…..we have two bouquets available (tallest one on the left is 3 feet tall). and this week (and next) our very plentiful flower is the elegant white unusual Can’t wait to continue our plant and flower conversations tomorrow 9 am until noon. Rain or shine!

It is almost here! Just one more week! Saturday June 7 is opening day for the 2025 Dorey Park Farmer’s Market. I can hardly wait. There is nothing more joyful than sharing the joy of fresh flowers. Yes, home deliveries are fun. I love the look of joy when I arrive with buckets of flowers or freshly made arrangements for my subscribers. The pics in this post are all from this past week’s deliveries. Can’t wait for the weekly tent popping up ritual and chatting it up about favorite new plants and new blooms.
