New schedule drop 🚨

We are officially back on a consistent schedule… phew.

And yes, we know the question:
WTF is DreamHaus anyway?

A restaurant? Kinda. We’ve got snacks.
A bar? Totally… but make it weird.
A theater? It’s in our blood.
A place for Danceable music ? Sometimes.
An event space? For sure
A gathering space? Always.

DreamHaus is a place to show up, unplug from the matrix for a minute, grab a drink, meet your people, snack a little, and settle into whatever the Haus becomes that day.

Some nights we’re a bar.
Some nights we’re a place to groove.
Some nights we’re a theater.
Some nights we’re just the place you needed to be.

You can now find us open during these hours, whether there’s an event happening or we’re just open for the Haus.

As we keep spreading our wings, we’ll be rolling out weekly and monthly events, specials, performances, parties, and little moments of magic.

About Floww Jo, a.k.a Jo Murdock:
A New York native and former Lululemon ambassador, Jo Murdock has been making waves in the fitness and wellness space since 2015. But movement has always been in her DNA, before stepping into the world of fitness, she trained as a dancer at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater during high school and continued dancing while earning her degree in Media, Society, and the Arts at SUNY Purchase. With a foundation in ballet, Horton, and jazz, plus experience choreographing music videos, Jo brings a deep understanding of movement, rhythm, and expression into her teaching.

As a fitness instructor, Jo holds certifications in barre, yoga, yoga for athletes, meditation, breath work, and more. A 500-hour RYT and YACEP, she has designed wellness programs for kids, Yoga Alliance-certified trainings, and yoga teacher training lectures. Her expertise has been featured in numerous publications highlighting top fitness instructors, and she has taught for powerhouse brands like Nike, Lululemon, Self Magazine, and Netflix.
In 2020, Jo created the Y7 Studio Scholarship Program to support BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ folks who want to become yoga teachers and wellness professionals. Building on her passion for accessibility and equity in wellness, she founded Reimagine Our Wellness Inc. in August 2023. This nonprofit provides monthly virtual community classes, in-person brave space events, wellness-related trainings and workshops, and scholarships to offset the cost of certifications and education, because Jo believes that wellness should be a right, not a privilege.

Introducing FULL MOON FEST! We’re inviting you to an all day festival with different events taking place at DreamHaus on May 30! Free to attend until 8:00pm, limited space!

🌟 1:00pm - We’ll have Hemlock & Key in the Haus providing some delicious teas for sale until 4:00pm 🫖
