The incredibly talented Dahvee will be offering tattoo services at El Mercadito! They will be on site from 12 - 7 PM offering $60 flash! To book a session please DM Dahvee, tattoos are limited to arms and legs. Dahvee shares more details about their work below:

RAFFLE TICKETS ON SALE - SWIPE TO SEE THE PRIZES! 🐵🎨

Raffle tickets are available NOW for purchase via Venmo (ArtesRVA Market, or use the QR at the end of this post), or you can buy them in person at el Mercadito at Shelf Life Books! Each entry is $5.50, and the winner gets to take home all the goodies featured in this slide show. Proceeds from the raffle help us fund upcoming events (to be announced soon 👀) as well as cover the cost of materials.
Helen and Gabby are two Guatemalans who run ArtesRVA as a labor of love and all costs are covered out of pocket as well as from vendor fees; this would be a massive help for us to make purchases like banners, posters, as well as cover the costs of paper and decorations. If you have ever attended and enjoyed an ArtesRVA event please consider supporting us by entering this raffle!

Winner will be drawn after el Mercadito on 6/26/26 at 8:00 PM. This raffle is only available to the Greater Richmond Area, as the winner will have to coordinate a pickup with us.

El Mercadito art market at Shelf Life Books is coming up soon! DETAILS BELOW:

We are SO excited to have our second ever event with Shelf Life Books !! Our mercaditos are our smaller pop ups in collaboration with local businesses; a great way to truly get to know your community! We will have food vendors, The Exit Plan matcha, flash tattoos by Dahvee , and an art fundraiser raffle for ArtesRVA! Come by to enjoy some good vibes and support local latino creators. Proceeds from the raffle go directly back into helping plan these events! Raffle details to be posted soon!

ArtesRVA will be hosting a raffle during our Mercadito on 6/26 at Shelf Life! We are fundraising to host more fun events with more interactive elements such as face painting, food trucks, music, and more! We are a small team of just two Guatemalans, and while this has been a labor of love, everything has been out of pocket. We want to continue growing this project while maintaining our vision with keeping the vendor fee as accessible as possible!

We will accept art, services, and gift cards (if you are a local business) as donations towards our raffle! If interested please leave a comment and DM us!

These smaller events allow us to be a little more curated and open up possible networking opportunities with the businesses we partner with!
