While we might not be navigating asteroid fields, executing a 45-minute room flip certainly feels like a Jedi Master feat. From intricate celestial details to those "Force-sensitive" moments where Kimby and Cassandra just know what the other is thinking, teamwork is what makes the magic happen.

We love it when our couples bring their own personal touches to the table! For this beautiful celebration, our bride and groom curated this thoughtful "Keep Cool" station to ensure their guests’ comfort was a top priority.

As their coordinators, the Class Act team took those intentional pieces and brought the vision to life, ensuring every fan was perfectly placed, every detail was replenished, and the setup remained as crisp as the ceremony itself.

(👉) The Production: Behind every seated meal is a coordinated performance. Our dedicated team of hospitality professionals is choreographed by our Operations Manager to ensure hundreds of plates move seamlessly from our 'BOH' (Back of House) prep cart (clear plates cleared from the right!) to the finished design with military precision.

This is more than catering. It's a choreographed culinary performance.
