Tonight JHF served our Minestrone soup with toppings or parsley, croutons, parmesan cheese, spring onions to the Saint Marks school fundraiser. Was it fun! The silent auction and live auction was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed serving the soup to their guests of 200! Thank you Chef Shannon for creating the soup, Karen Young for your assistance! Yes, I had to get involved with the live auction.. We have a fabulous barn bench for here at .
