Victoria Dillon looked absolutely gorgeous in her Watters Designs “Cordell” gown paired with the Lea-Ann Belter Bridal Ltd. “Paradise” topper!

When asked how she knew her dress was the one, she said “when that corset snatched my waist, the material of the dress was so velvety smooth and slick, color, material and how heavy and grand the dress felt. To be honest, I didn’t need to try on any more but I did!”
