* 4 Days of rental - Full ceremony day of 15 hours: 8am until 11p. Two 8 hour days Prior for drop offs, decorations and any setup. One half day Post for retreaval - takedown.

* Decorated & Setup peace of mind, ease of stress & work - All tables & chairs setup, decorated with white linens, color table runner & matching chair sashes with floral centerpieces & tea candles. Decorated cathedral style Wedding arch with basic Grand Hall decore.

* Weather Insurance with the Option of ceremony space - total indoors in the Grand Hall, undercover with the Majestic awning or total outdoor in the Garden paddock. All with quick change ability due to mother nature or your choice.

* Food & Drink - in house catering or outside food allowed, kitchen space & refrigerator use, coolers plus ice, alcohol with licensed & insured bartender. Rental of indoor & outdoor kitchen appliances & utensils ( ranges, grills, griddles, smokers, warming ovens, etc.)
