Our wedding venue offers a simple elegance that is picture perfect. Constructed as one of the finest buildings in Richmond, Indiana, it offers a timeless ambiance that is reflected in this spectacular historical church building, circa 1866-68.
Beautifully maintained with original stained glass cathedral windows, a 3 plus story barrel ceiling, original organ pipes, classic baby grand piano, Austrian Chrystal chandeliers, hand carved pews and balcony, our venue offers a lot for the money. We include several decorating options, including Lamps, arches, trees, pedestals, flower bouquets, candelabras, and several colors of accent flowers. The decorating is done for you for no extra cost. Of course, you may also add your own decorating items to personalize your day further. Rehearsal and Decorating time are included the evening before the event. A member of our staff is always on sight to direct and organize your wedding and rehearsal. We are happy to tend to the needs of the Bride, Groom and Bridal party before, during and after the ceremony. We can also provide ceremony outlines, custom wedding vows, guidelines to wedding etiquette. We have several choices of traditional wedding music on CD. You may also bring your own playlist for use on our chapel sound system, via flashdrive, cd, Bluetooth, etc. We also have referrals to a pianist, organist, brass quintet and others. Our piano and organ are tuned and ready to go! Our Bridal Dressing Suite may be used for several hours prior to the wedding, items may be brought in the evening before and all dressing, hair, and make-up may be done on sight the morning of the wedding. There is a Groomsmen waiting room and room for the men to gather and/or spread out. In addition, there is a Banquet Room that includes tables, chairs, chandeliers, all dim-able, and colored lighting options. We offer use of our fountain punch bowl, and a full kitchen. There is a dance floor with a disco ball, ideal for the reception afterwards. Again, we set up tables and chairs, reducing your work and cost for your celebration. See the chapel at anytime.
