Grass fed Wagyu beef, crimini mushroom duxelles, red onion jam, blue cheese, arugula, garlic aioli

Healthier burgers made better by blending ground meatwith 25% chopped mushrooms. The goal is to create an incredibly delicious burger that is not only healthier, but more sustainable for the planet.

The five chefs who receive the most online votes between Memorial day and July 31, 2017 will win a trip to New York City to prepare their winning Blended Burger at the James Beard House.
