❤️ SIGNING DAY ❤️
Today, I officially made my pledge.
I am honored to stand with the American Heart Association as a 2026 Leaders of Impact nominee, and for the next seven weeks, I am committing my voice, my platforms, my businesses, my relationships, and most importantly, my HEART to helping create healthier lives in our community.
For me, this is personal.
I lost my husband to renal failure and congestive heart failure caused by uncontrolled high blood pressure. I know what it feels like when one health number changes the course of an entire family’s life.
I cannot change my family’s story, but I CAN use our story to help change someone else’s.
So today, I’m signing on to do the work.
To raise awareness.
To encourage people to know their numbers.
To start conversations about prevention.
To remind the people who spend their lives taking care of everyone else that their health matters too.
And yes, to raise lifesaving funds for the American Heart Association.
But I don’t want to do it alone.

Over these seven weeks, we’re going to move, learn, connect, have some fun, raise funds, support our community, and challenge each other to protect the heart behind everything we love, lead, and build.
