🚧 Progress Update

Construction is moving full steam ahead on two new Shamin Hotels properties: a Residence Inn by Marriott and a Home2 Suites by Hilton, located just steps from the new Henrico Sports & Events Center.

But that’s not all! The site will also include two new restaurants (stay tuned for details), creating a lively destination for visitors, teams, and locals alike.

This project continues our commitment to reinvesting in our communities and providing first-class accommodations where people work, play, and gather.

The first extended stay Hilton branded hotel in the city!

This property will offer spacious accommodations with full kitchens, flexible workspaces, and amenities designed for comfort and convenience ideal for both short and long-term stays.

For the past eight years, our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Midlothian has been proud to support Greater Richmond Fit4Kids, a nonprofit dedicated to improving children’s health and wellness across the Richmond Region.

Each summer, we provide healthy lunches for kids attending their camp and this year, Chef Carlos continued that tradition with care and creativity.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to make a small difference in the lives of these children and to support an organization doing such meaningful work in our community.
