My attempt at painting limewash wall and it was a FAILURE! My wife said never give up so I went back and redo the entire wall the next day.

The truth is , you need the actual limewash paint to get the effect, but I don't have the time to wait for shipping and the studio til opening time is ticking along with many things to do. You can still get the limewash effect with regular latex wall paint but it will take a bit longer time to blend everything together.

Here are the two shades of paint that I used, remember to get FLAT finish not eggshell not satin.
Sherwin Williams SW7046 Anonymous and SW7045 Intellectual Gray. The result is outstanding!

Other tools used:
2.5 inch Wooster pro brush x2
Frog tape yellow. Trust me this is the tape for textured wall with no bleeding through the lines.

We hope everyone is safe and sound after the storm. It was so devastating to see the storm take us by surprise with many lost power and damages to their home. We will get through this together!

The studio now has power for anyone who would like to book photo sessions. There were some large trees fallen around the yard but the building was unaffected.
