"On Wednesday, Finer Palate had the honor of being chosen as a catering sponsor in this year’s SWaMfest, held at Main Street Station. As one of only five caterers selected, we were tasked with presenting our food and our capabilities to hundreds of contractors, corporations, and the many VASCUPP institutions in attendance.

Although this was our first year participating, I challenged my team even further by showcasing two new hors d’oeuvres on our menu. It was a daunting task to say the least, consisting of two back to back 18-hour work days. However, the praise received from guests about our food and display confirmed that, through our hard work we created something truly special.
