Friends of IR: This profile will no longer be updated after the end of January. I am deleting my personal account at the end of the month and have no plans to come back to Facebook again. I am also fast-tracking deactivating the IG account for IR at the end of the month. I will most likely be making a bluesky account for Interference. I'm not entirely sure if we will ever be hosting events again, but I can at least use it as a repository for memories. I will keep everyone updated. Thanks y'all. 🖤 - Amy

We're gearing up for Saturday and are looking forward to working with a great crew of DJs. We haven't livestreamed on the channel in quite a while, so we hope you can stop by and say hi, and if you can afford anything, we emplore you to donate a couple bucks to this amazing cause. Are you prepared? We're back online this Saturday, September 14th, organizing a Twitch livestream event to benefit Girls Who Code, a nonprofit org that aims to support and increase the number of women in computer science.

8 DJs will be spinning Techno, EBM & New Beat for a special 8 hour event starting at 5 PM Eastern (UTC-4) and ending at 1 AM. A time zone converter can be found at everytimezone.com/

The DJs for this event will be DJing on our channel, twitch.tv/interferenceradio. You don't need an account to watch streams on Twitch (just visit the URL to watch), but you do need one to participate in the chat! Hope to see you this Saturday!

Aaron - RVA dance scene princess, spins driving techno, electro, and b***y bouncing club music. Over the last year and a half, she has become a force in the Richmond underground scene, DJing and organizing a series called "Transmissions". Her mission is to uplift and promote other q***r, and especially trans artists, both near and far. For our event, she will be cooking some 145-160 ish bpm hypnotic techno, hardgroove, and ghettotech

Between curating minced (the new Baltimore 160+ bass music party series), honing her electro-club selections, and contributing Interference Radio's esteemed livestreams, embraces a variety of dark, raucous, and off-kilter dance music modalities. Within a techno set from PMMAIRE, you can expect sounds that range from acidic, industrial(ly distorted), cheeky, and at times rhythmically broken. No matter the blend, her sets aim to get your dancing feet and brain piqued and moving. She's beyond stoked to play for this live and infernal edition of I/R. For event, she'll be rockin' some industrial techno with some ghettotech & electro infusions at around 150-160 bpm.
