• Event location walk through up to one month before wedding with client to

discuss set up plan and event timeline.
• Create detailed event timeline and make distribute to all vendors and wedding party
• Wedding rehearsal direction
• Up to 12 hours on wedding day serving as point of contact for all parties
• Event set up and break down as needed, ensuring it's exactly how the bride and groom envisioned
• Keeping to the event timeline and making any adjustments as needed
