‼️Our ED Todd Belcore and Director of California Esteban Nunez .nunez89 are in California this week fighting to pass AB 505 which will make sure that California's first, new and only health-focused youth justice office, Office of Youth and Community Restoration (OYCR), has the tools it needs to protect youth from abuse and continue California's youth justice system transformation ‼️

🎉Celebrating Katherine "Kai" Plier this AAPI Heritage Month - Katherine is our new Director of our annual Int'| Film Festival. 🎥🍿

Using films to build a global perspective amongst communities and connect storytelling to policy change is her passion. ❤️‍🔥

Katherine currently works with Brightpoint to champion foster care reform and awareness. She cares deeply for adoption and foster care since she is a survivor of the Chinese One Child Policy.

As a pianist and performer 🎹🎶 (artist name Kai Zhi Hundred,) she uses her music as a platform to share her lived experience as a proud q***r Asian living in Chicago.

Katherine can't wait to see you on the red carpet in the fall for our 2023 Film Festival 🎥🌟🙌🏼

You won’t find a more selfless, hard-working or brilliant leader and we are so so grateful that she makes time to be on our team (in addition to the amazing work she’s doing with other epic leaders and orgs). 🙏🏽✊🏽

We’re even more grateful that amazing leaders + organizations like 3-D Girls are giving her some well-deserved flowers for all her tireless work on behalf of our communities!
