I want to start off by saying that we are so grateful that everyone involved is safe and well. It is an absolute miracle that Thomas walked away from this crash with no broken bones or concussion.
Needless to say he will not be able to make the trip to Wichita to fulfill orders for the superbowl tomorrow. He sends his sincerest apologies and wanted to ensure that refunds for deposits will be issued within the next 48 hours.

Tis the season for fun, friends and gooood food! Let us help with the heavy load by cooking up some of your favorite traditional plates this holiday!

Holiday Dinner meals

Fried turkey $120
Asian turkey(marinated with lemongrass, soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, and onions)

Cajun turkey(brined in Cajun seasoning)

Honey baked ham $80
Baked low and slow, glazed with a honey butter and pineapple sauce

Prime Rib $25 a pound.
Sold in whole slab. Brine and red wine and low sodium soy sauce. Seasoned well with a bunch of herbs and spice. Cooked low and slow to perfection.

Sides

Mash potatoes $45 half tray
Made with red and yellow potatoes. Mixed in with sautéed onions, roasted garlic, butter, and seasonings(if you don’t want bacon fat in your mash, please let us know when you order.)

Southern mac and cheese $45 half tray
This is not your ordinary creamy mac and cheese. It’s mixed together with grated cheese and cottage cheese.

Stuffing $45 half tray
Made with corn bread or regular bread(please let us know when you put in the order) mixed in with herbs and sausage(if you want beef sausage, please let us know when you order.)

Brussel sprout $45 half tray
Baked to crisp with bacon(if you don’t want bacon, please let us know when you order.)

Green beans $45 half tray
Cooked and season with herbs and roasted garlic.

Corn casserole $45 half tray
Baked with corn and cornmeal.

Sweet potato soufflé $45 half tray
Made with 100% fresh sweet potatoes and if you want it yankee style(with the marshmallow) just make sure you tell us when you make the orders

Salad $45 half tray
Romain lettuce, carrots, grape tomatoes, croutons, and your choice of dressing
Italian
Ranch
Homemade lemon pepper vinegar

50% deposit is required. Any cancellations the week of catering will only get half back. Any cancellations the week before catering, will only get 75% of your deposit back. Everything will be cooked in small batches to make sure the flavor is right. Thanks in advance
