Justin and Kalyn are FRAMily, friends turned Family, after ohhh about 20 years of loving Justin's Parents, Mammaw and Pappaw like my own💞

I've captured a LOT of stunning memories on this dirt in the last 16 years behind my lens, and though they're no longer with us, I have no doubt they're proud of the job he's done tending the legacy they grew there on this very land.
Especially the absolutely wonderful, stunning, Family they're raising on ground that was lovingly plowed, sewn, and blessed with the most pure love, sweat, and prayers deeply imbedded into it.

Party People, I can’t believe it…I’ve NEVER done Apple Orchard Portraits 🤯🤯🤯🤯 I know I know, mind BLOWN! Buuuut I want to remedy that THIS weekend/next week before they close for the season 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

These will be in Cleveland (HOW have I lived here allll my life and did not KNOW we had one SO CLOSE?!?!?!).
They’ll have to be later in the day after picking time, or could do TOMORROW/Sunday after Lunch.

I've been thinking about what to call these sessions, annnnd I *think* I've decided upon "GLAM in the WILD" (“Glam Wild” for short). Matt & Kay absolutely knocked it out of the park with their outfits for their Bald River Falls 5th Anniversary Session!

Knowing the sun would be out of reach in the Falls, I decided to *MAKE* a little Sunshine Glow to push these over the TOP😎
When you're a Photographer you need to know how to not only MASTER light, and read it, buuut also to be able to "create" it, or at least the illusion, occasionally too.

Thank you Harmons for rolling with my WILD idea, and pretty funny looking creation, to capture this MAGIC for you! Annnnd Thank you GOD, and Hurricane Isaias' clouds, for the PHENOMENAL Sunset we got to end with up on the Cherohala Skyway.

Now, who's NEXT to get GLAM in the Wild with "B"?!?!

I might only capture Portraits, Business Branding and Smaller/Intimate Weddings and Elopements now, but the 25+ years in Weddings and 16+ behind the lens have taught me juuuust a FEW things! Mainly: Prepare, prepare, PREPARE, and BACK UP your Back ups with a BACK UP!

For my Fellow Pros what else would you add?

With the Right Hip fixed 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 and OFF Crutches🥳🥳🥳 I’m looking to re-create some Fall Baby Bumpin’ and Couple’s Portraits MAGIC from some of my all time faaavorite, challenging (wind + fabric and water and “tossing” fabric😰😰😰) , past Sessions shown!!

Location: Chattanooga- *light* hiking required OR Ocoee- might get wet if it’s not too cool.
Wardrobe: Your own BOLD and flowing/long train Dress (for a couple) OR Maternity Gown (for just Maternity) **Must be ok using a pop-up changing tent on-location unless you can hike in your dress.**
For Maternity:Bump Size (typically 8-8.5 months for MAX bump age)
Time: Goldenhour. Mid-October before all the leaves disappear, and we lose an hour of the best light of the day. A weekday evening preferred, to Avoid crowds and sweat😉
