We are excited to let our community know that along with El Valle Community Center and Bernal Community Center, we are also participating in the free wood program that Mora - San Miguel Electric Coop is offering! THE RIBERA COMMUNITY CENTER currently has 40 cords of wood and will soon get 60 more cords of wood to be available to anyone who uses wood to heat their home. This is not to be used for resale but as a fuel source. Anyone interested in being able to come and get a load, will need to call and sign a release of liability in order to drive to the wood pile and get their load. Call 505-617-5307 in order to make arrangements. Anyone who can help the elderly to get a load as well would be appreciated. The load you will be receiving will be at your expense to cut and load as the wood is delivered in full logs. We will be cutting and trying to help as much as possible for our elderly, but if you can help your elders, it would be appreciated! Your elderly will have to be present if possible or Arrangements can be made in order to receive their load.

I will be up at The Ribera Community Center today from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm if anyone would like to drop by and pick up an application to participate in any of these events. Prepay is required to keep your spot. $20.00 per table.
