In 1999, a young dreamer named Ismael threw his first high school house party. He did it all—promotions, security, the music. It wasn’t just about parties; it was about bringing people together.
But life changed after a tragic loss. Ismael stepped away from that world, searching for purpose. He spent nearly a decade operating heavy equipment by day and DJing by night, never letting go of his love for events.
Then in 2008, everything shifted. He married Claudia—his partner in life and business—and together, they started catering small events. With every party, every table rented, and every client served, they grew. What began as a side hustle turned into a full-blown passion.
When clients asked for a venue, Ismael transformed his warehouse into one. Then came the pandemic—and another turning point. Forced to close the warehouse, they chose not to quit—but to level up.
That’s when Elegant Affair Venue in downtown Banning was born. And four years later, they brought Rose Ranch to life—an outdoor paradise for unforgettable moments.
Today, Ismael and Claudia continue to build dreams from the ground up. Their mission is simple: Create spaces where people feel joy, connection, and magic.
