What an amazing amazing weekend with !! 💖All seven of my fridges/freezers completely emptied! We sold out of every single specialty Lemon Item made for the Festival!! On day two you gave us our biggest selling day to date of our business and on day three you guys surpassed our biggest sale day in a row again! I don’t know how to thank you all for supporting my small business and helping Bake Me Beautiful grow! I appreciate every single one of you!!! In honor of all you did for me and for hitting over 3000 Followers this weekend; I’ll be doing a giveaway for our top selling Lemon Raspberry cake to kick off summer! Three full size 8 inch Cakes that feed 15 people each will be given out to celebrate and enjoy on Forth of July weekend. Just share this post and tag us saying “Follow this Bakery” in your story.

Day ✌🏼🍋complete! Years ago we worked for Dolce Bakery together and for two years in a Row I have Diane to thank for getting me through working back to back days 18 hr days of baking and working the Lemon Festival. We had and our biggest selling day since opening my bakery! 💞🥹I am overflowing with gratitude for you all showing up, supporting, tipping when you didn’t have to, for sharing, liking our post or just trying out a sample to see what we’re all about. I appreciate you all so so much!! Life gave me lemons and from it came this bakery of mine💛 Let day 3 begin!! 🙌🏻

I took a photo shoot with my kids for Mothers Day and our photographer said “take one for you, for the business owner you are”, she said “own it” thanks Serena for giving us memories and capturing this moment in my career.

The journey has not been easy, what you see on social media is not the hard work, the late nights, the pile of dishes, the balancing work life with mom life, the bad sale days or rained out events, the moments of frustration when I dropped cake batter on the floor, or forever sweeping up sprinkles in the kitchen. But my bakery gave me life again and a purpose when I needed it most. It’s become my sole business after years of being a hairdresser. I’m proud of how far my little bakery has come, can’t wait for all its still growing into, and the growth in me that comes along with it.

My oldest son got me the sweetest gift. It’s not just a cute little mug, but I saw it a few weeks back when we went to . I picked it up & said how adorable it was because when I was a kid my whole room was strawberry shortcake. Almost a month later & he asked for my mom to take him shopping there because he remembered I liked it 🥹, and that means the world.

He didn’t buy me flowers, but he drew me flowers and being 13 that means more than anything else cause I missed that the most from his Elementry years. He made me cry today for sure. I appreciate him so much for making my day special🍓💝 Thank you Hayden

There is such a calm in my home the day that the maid comes to clean the house, the white is white in my kitchen 🤩. It is by far the best investment in life and in business I’ve ever made. Yes I was up at 5 AM baking preparing for the week. Yes it’ll probably be dirty within the next few days but the fact that I’m able to go take my son to the park enjoy the afternoon outside and take my older son out later without a thought of vacuuming, mopping, or doing the dishes is piece of mind that is priceless. So thankful for Ramona, she keeps Bake Me Beautiful looking Beautiful🫶🏻

Bake Me Beautiful Dump. So much has been happening behind the scenes, growing, retailing and expanding in the community. I had no clue where this would go when I decided to give it my all almost 2 years ago and I wish I could tell my younger self start sooner, give it all your heart, and not to give up. But I learned lessons along the way, I gave up I started again and I’m bless to have this be no longer my side hustle but my full time passion.

I thought taking a few months off in the beginning of the year would hinder me but it gave me time focus all these new changes that are just coming into fruition.

Bake Me Beautiful added two new locations. One inside Redlands Public Market with Nosy Neighbor Coffee. The Second was my greatest goal, our cake pops and Rice Crispys are officially retailing at the Cafe inside my home church, Sandals Church Hunter Park. Last year we started with 1 and were in 4 locations now🥹 and soon to be 6, 2 more coming soon.

Bake Me Beautiful just started selling in Victoria Gardens Mall at the farmers Market, a new weekly home for the bakery in addition to Chaffey College and other City markets and City events in San Bernardino and Riverside County.

Bake Me Beautiful became a new preferred wedding vendor for Kimberly Crest Wedding Venue and became an exclusive Baker for Edwards Mansion in Redlands. We started with one venue last year and now have 5 Venues we partner with. I will be back at the Ontario convention this year for the Bridal Expo.

I entered my Lemon Raspberry cake into a completion and we took third place. It was the only cake to place in one of three winners in the Citrus Blossom Bake Off in Redlands.

Lastly I made it official and opened up a Business account and Business Creditcard. It all seems surreal. It all is solidified this is my little bakery💕

I put on my big girl pants as my old boss would tell me and have given Bake Me Beautiful everything I have in my energy, time and creativity. She’s growing 💕🌱
