Did you know 99% of your favorite fast food places, other supposed to be healthy food places, and even upscale restaurants used these oils that contributes to your inflammation, high cholesterol, & many health issues? Most also reuses the same grease which makes it even more unhealthy and highly inflammatory. It's cheaper but will cost you your health in the long run.
The food may be convenient and maybe even good but doesn't means that good quality ingredients are used for the best interest of our health.
The only cooking oils we use for our customers meals are avocado oil, olive oil, coconut oil, sometimes ghee, tallow, and butter. These are not only healthy but adds many nutrients and healthy fats that the body needs and can break down properly.
