Long-time Reston Masters Swim Team member Frank Manheim was the oldest competitor at the 2025 U.S. Masters Swimming Summer Nationals – and is now a National Champion in the 50 back and 100 free. Congratulations to Frank and all the Reston Masters Swim Team members who competed at Nationals! We’ll see you back at RCC’s Terry L. Smith Aquatics Center for practice in the fall.
