On September 27th, the community came together to honor Kin On’s 40 years of providing health care services to the Asian community. It was an inspiring night filled with connection, culture, and purpose - all while raising vital funds to continue their incredible mission.

Trying to find time for new recipes. This was pretty good. Only marinated for an hour - it had good flavor and was juicy. Recipe says marinate up to 4 hours, will do that next time.
