Welcome table inspiration 🤗

From a custom and iconic mailbox in lieu of a card box to an also custom shotski for fun later in the night. It was a thoughtful yet simple welcome table.

❌️ No guest book!
✅️ But there was an interactive "I Spy" and photos of the two of them.

What's the difference between my event management and wedding coordination packages?

A lot, actually!

Event management is in the middle of partial planning and wedding coordination for Turquoise Ridge Events. & might be the perfect amount of support for you!

The event management package includes:

While wedding coordination starting at month-of is still a very useful option, it's technically the least amount of assistance you can have because day-of coordination is certainly not a thing anymore.

Event planners at least need to know enough about your event to bring it to life efficiently and successfully.

Whats the truth about renting vs. buying?

✨️ No stress.
✨️ Sustainable.
✨️ Clean.

Renting will have a higher price tag, but why do I still recommend renting over buying? For most of your wedding related items such as linens, dinnerware, and even signs.

1. No stress of having to wash, iron, or (sometimes) deliver/pickup linens
2. Less trash
3. No stress of having to resell what you bought
4. So many choices!
5. Elevation
6. No stress of setting up

Here are a couple of things to consider and ask your vendors:
1. Does your catering or venue set up the linens, napkins, and dinnerware settings once delivered?
2. Will catering bus the tables and pack it back up after dinner service/the night?
3. Will the rental company set up the tables and chairs or just drop them off? How does pickup work?

Remember, you'll need more rentals if you have a backyard wedding or at a blank canvas venue.

Es**rt cards are a nice formal addition to the guest experience through interaction.

Es**rt cards tell your guests what table they're sitting at. They're great for any style of dining; buffet, family, or plated.

You can also make them or shape them any way you want. AND you can add them to guest favors if you're choosing to have them.

These cards were set up alphabetically by last name (my fav). The signs had fun prompts for the guests with those last names like "hit the dance floor" and "make a memory."

If you want your guests to have a good time and feel taken care of, make sure to have these 5 things at your wedding.

✨️ Because you're not the hosts, you're the guests of honor.

1️⃣Food & Drinks
This is an absolute must! Never assume your guests will eat before because they're assuming they'll be fed. & Drinks don't need to be alcoholic, they just need to be available.

2️⃣Activities
While you're off taking pictures or taking moments to soak in the day, your guests need something to do!

3️⃣Signage
It's so important!! Think of your guests as a group of 3rd graders that need to be told everything, because they do.

4️⃣Venue flow
Too much space can feel overwhelming and things can be missed. Too little space can feel crowded and uncomfortable. There needs to be proper spacing and flow to each point of the night where guests feel guided, not confused.

5️⃣Timeline flow
The flow of events needs to make sense. No major gaps where guests are left wondering what's next, and certainly no back and forth moments.

No more blowing out candles or black smoke in the rim!

If you have some extra, REAL florals around (roses are best), you can use them as natural flame snuffer. But to be completely honest, I might get my own snuffer just for this!

As your event manager or wedding planner, part of my service to you is decor strike and pack up. So this is a normal task for me at the end of the night. 🤗

The Armstrong's ❤️ 8.30.25

It was a beautiful summer day nestled in the woods and in the barn. So much love was present that day. Good laughs, special moments, and a grand ole time were also in attendance. 🤗 Certainly a memorable wedding day!

With many little details intertwined throughout the day, it felt personal and intentional. There was flow and activities, and the vibes were strong all night long.
