👋🏻 hey there! It’s been a while since we’ve shown our faces around here, so we thought a little re-introduction might be long over due. We are the family behind The Milk Barn, and we are so glad you’re still here (even though we haven’t given you much to follow along with lately).

This last year and a half has been… well, we all know how it’s been 🙃 But through all of the cancellations and postponements, we have experienced a season of rest and growth, which has been so good for all of us. Especially since there are a few new little faces in this bunch.

Today starts a new season for us, and our busiest one yet! We’ve had a few weddings here and there over the last year, but we are looking forward to having even more celebrations in the coming months. Our calendar is open next year, so reach out to us if you’ve got a reason to celebrate. In the meantime, we promise to stay a little more present in this corner of the world.

Our mama. She’s got the biggest smile and the biggest heart around. She is genuine and true and will always light up a room with her laugh. She radiates the deepest kind of love and we feel like it is the greatest honor to be known as her daughters. We are wishing her the happiest of birthdays today ✨

This crowd knows how to have a good party 💃🕺 we had the pleasure of hosting UNCG Young Life’s Spring Fling tonight as our first event of the season, and they filled the barn with joy! Hoping the country roads take them safely back home tonight.

March 20th! It’s the first day of Spring [which we are VERY excited about] but more importantly, it’s this sweet man’s birthday today. He’s our dad, our hero, our biggest supporter. He’s the reason that this barn is what it is today. He’s a bigger dreamer than you would ever expect, but he loves a good project and will go above and beyond every expectation to make our dreams a reality. He’s the silent, steady and sacrificial source of love in our family and brings us joy with his fields of sunflowers and his broad grin. We love him and treasure him today and everyday!
