And the catering continues. It's 7am and we've been busy. Left the catering job from last night and headed to our church to begin the cook for a missions fundraiser at Lebanon Baptist in greensboro. Slaw is made butts are killing time in a hot smoke bath and well we have had about 4 hours of rest before getting up and killing it. We will be serving around 250 following services. Come see us and enjoy a plate of good ol preachers bbq

Hey there BBQ fans!!! Just wanted to let everyone know the the month of May we are booked up every weekend! Well except memorial weekend....we're taking that time for our family! June is open for events and we would love to serve up some of our great BBQ for you and your guests! Grad parties.....no problem! Wedding receptions.....NO problem we can serve up to 500 people without an issue. So if you need catering we have you covered. Give us a call for your needs!

Alright bbq lovers, new year new plans and bigger ideas. We will be creating videos going forward to showcase what we do. We will also have some how to videos in there as well. I will be starting a YouTube Channel just for that. We are waiting on the new video cameras to arrive. I am excited as it will also have videos of competitions and the process we go through for each event. Let me know your thoughts..
