Since I started working on my self-care and letting go of fear, I’ve given myself permission to be truly myself — independent, creative, and open.

For a long time, I was just going through the motions. I felt like life was passing me by. I felt alone, even though I had loved ones, my family, my boys, and Ladd.

But deep down, I knew I wanted to make a difference.

I wanted to love people in the way I know how — through creativity, connection, and showing them they are capable of more than they think.

And somewhere along the way, loving others became its own reward.

Painting has taught me that we don’t have to have it all figured out. We gather our thoughts, our fears, and our challenges — and then we create anyway.

That’s where the healing begins.

That’s where we learn to embrace the unknown.

That’s where we learn to See The Bigger Picture. ❤️

You can completely change your life in the next year when you challenge yourself, step out of your comfort zone, and start showing up for YOU.

I’m looking for 10 or more people to help make this happen!

We’ll be hosting at J’s Pub & Grill — ideally on Tuesday evenings, with additional dates possible as we gather more people together.
