Good evening of the last minutes of Thursday of this first week of September. It is 11:31 pm and we just are calling it quits on dishes from tonight's Hall of Fame dinner for the Athletic Dept. Congratulations to the three teams that were inducted tonight. Thank you to Ferris for letting us serve you. It was our pleasure.

Due to the lateness of the evening and the fact that we will be regrouping in the morning to finish dishes and putting away the equipment from tonight, we have decided that we will NOT be open, as planned for dinner on Friday evening. It has been a long week and especially today a long and hard day. Most of our staff have been at it for at least 12 hours nonstop today. Yes, it is what we do, but we will openly admit that we are tired and some of us are "old." 😂🤓

We are hiring if anyone is looking for some extra cash for the upcoming holiday season. Please stop in and chat.

Having not looked at next weeks "on the road schedule" we are not sure what's happening yet. But we will let you know.

Know that we appreciate all of you and your patience. Someday soon we will figure all of this out, again.
Come on in and join our crazy team. Trust us you will have fun!!!

Happy Wednesday to all. The missing crew of the PMBC is definitely missing all of you this week!!!!

Yes, our "our on the road" schedule has kicked in to high gear. We are visiting all places Michigan this week. We are visiting some familiar places, like our friends at Ferris State University, Lactalis (also known as Yoplait), Wolverine Power in Cadillac, the celebration life for the Halladay family and a few more local. On Saturday we have the privilege of helping the Vasicek family celebrate the life of Brenda and then onward to Frankfort to celebrate the marriage of Matt and Courtney. Miles will be traveled.

We just wanted you to know that we are not taking the week off to relax. We appreciate and miss all of you. Stay tune for the BISTRO schedule for next week, cause, sincerely, I can't remember where and when we are supposed to be!!!

Good Evening from the Pmbc crew.
Just a quick update for this week and the BISTRO.

We will be OPEN in the BISTRO to serve you deliciousness Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week. We are also feeding 2 different lunch groups in our neighborhood, so I am guessing that we will be available for lunch service starting about 1130.
I hope to be cooking for you this week. This may be our last three days for a while. The catering gig is ramping up again.

And just like that it's the end of another beautiful day in Michigan. Kinda makes you wonder what the future holds for us...

We will be in the BISTRO tomorrow, Wednesday, August 12th, starting at 11am to serve you some deliciousness.

Thinking for soups... Homemade Chicken and Dumpling and Twice Baked Potato

How about a grilled Little Town Beer and Cheddar Brat, served with all the toppings and a side of crisp sidewinder fries.

We will also have some Philly Sliders with slow roasted Prime Rib, sauteed mushrooms, onions and lots of melted Provolone cheese. Add some horsey sauce and au jus and an order of sidewinder fries to complete this sandwich.

Then let's lighten up things with a fresh Peach Caprese Salad on a bed of baby spinach and romaine, grilled jumbo shrimp, grilled peaches, basil and burrata mozzarella cheese. Let's finish this delicious salad off with a side of garlic toast and Balsamic Ving. dressing.

Remember all our specials are served with your choice of house garden salad or a cup of our homemade soup.

Well, It's Monday, again. Welcome to another episode of "where is the crew of the PMBC and when will the BISTRO be OPEN!"

The answer is tomorrow, Tuesday, August 11th and Wednesday, August 12th, starting at 11 am.

Homemade Chicken Tortilla Soup will be simmering in the morning

How about a Pan-Fried Walleye Sandwich on a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato, mayo and a side of tartar sauce.

Our homemade Chicken Salad BLT on a toasted croissant with lettuce and mayo.

Grilled Chicken Taco Salad on a bed of crisp romaine with sauteed peppers, onions, black bean and corn salsa, tomato, shredded cheese and crisp tortilla strips. Served with salsa, sour cream and guac on the side.

Well, it's the end of another beautiful summer day in Michigan. We need to savor these days. We all know what happens in a few short months......

Plans change........ We were supposed to be on the road tomorrow, but our guest's plans changed. This means that the BISTRO will be OPEN tomorrow, Wednesday, starting at 11 am to serve you some deliciousness.

Homemade Creamy French Onion
Homemade Chicken and Dumpling

How about a Smoked Chicken Caesar Wrap on warm NAAN bread, with romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, shallot, avocado, aged Romano cheese, topped off with Caesar dressing. Let's add crisp sidewinder fries to complete this sandwich.

Let's try a traditional Crab and Shrimp Louie Salad on a bed of romaine lettuce, tomato, hard-boiled egg, creamy avocado and of course grilled jumbo shrimp and real crab meat. Served with the suggested homemade Crab and Shrimp Louie Dressing, on the side, but change to your favorite if you prefer.

Happy Wednesday evening to all. (At least I think it's Wednesday)
Tomorrow, Thursday, will be our last day in house this week and next week. The "on the road thing" is starting up again as we hit the beginning of August.

Thursday will be featuring our homemade Chicken and Dumpling Soup

Smoked Beef Brisket burnt end stuffed potato skins with melted shredded cheese, a little tangy BBQ sauce and crispy hay stacked onions.

Grilled Chicken BLT Salad on a bed of romaine lettuce, with tomato, avocado, hardboiled egg, crisp bacon and our garlic bread croutons. Your choice of dressing, but we recommend our Honey Mustard Dijon.

How about something different.... Try the BBLP Sandwich on panini sour dough bread with crisp bacon, romaine lettuce, spreadable Brie cheese and thin slices of sweet ripe peaches. Served with a side of crisp sweet potato fries and special dipping sauce.

Twice Baked Potato Soup, topped off with crisp bacon crumbles, shredded cheese and green onion will be the soup of choice

Open faced Cuban Sandwich on toasted NAAN bread with pulled pork, grilled Applewood smoked ham, homemade dill pickles, mustard aioli and lots of melted
Swiss cheese.

Caribbean Grilled Jumbo Shrimp Salad on a bed of romaine lettuce with mandarin oranges, fresh pineapple, berries, toasted coconut and almonds. Served with a side of our Caribbean dressing.
