Evening ... Just realized that the "who's who of what's for lunch " for tomorrow, Friday, was not posted....
Yes we will be in the BISTRO tomorrow!
11-2 and 4-730pm.

Crab Cake with grilled shrimp Cobb Salad . Served with Lemon Ving dressing on the side.

Shaved Prime Rib Philly Sandwich on a toasted Kaiser Bun with sauteed mushrooms and onions, topped with lots of melted Provolone cheese. Served with a side of au just and horsy sauce

Dinner starts at 4 with these additional specials...
Pan fried Walleye
Lightly breaded cod
Sirloin and shrimp
All served with a baked potato, veg of the day and your choice of house salad or a cup of homemade soup.

Good Evening.... Just going to put it out there....
Who made Mother Nature mad today??? Ugh....
Be careful if you're going out tonight and please turn your headlights on... You can see me , but I can't see you.

So tomorrow is Thursday, January 15th. (Had to double check the calendar)

Homemade Cream of Mushroom
Homemade Cheeseburger Soup

Going to be trying something new for the PMBC...
Brisket burnt ends Poutine.... Crisp sidewinder fries, savory brisket pieces, deep fried cheese curds and savory homemade traditional Poutine gravy...
Should be great!!!!

Grilled chicken Greek Wrap on toasted Naan bread with romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, feta and our Mediterranean Feta dressing

How about a good ole Grilled Ham BLT on a toasted croissant with crisp bacon, grilled Applewood Smoked ham, lettuce, tomato, mustard aioli and lots of melted sharp cheese.

Charbroiled Sirloin Salad on a bed of romaine lettuce with tomato, avocado, sauteed peppers n- onions, homemade croutons and Parmesan Peppercorn Dressing on the side. Like feta or blue cheese? We can add that too!

Well there we go. It's the end of another January day in Michigan. The good news is that we are one day closer to green grass and golfing.

Homemade Tomato Bisque will be simmering in the morning.

How about a Chicken Cordon Bleu Wrap on. Tomato Wrap with grilled Applewood smoked Ham
our Cordon Bleu bites, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and honey mustard aioli.

For our salad special, how about a bed of mixed greens with tomato, fresh avocado, our homemade Shrimp Salad and garlic bread croutons.

One of the most rewarding parts of our job is helping family and friends celebrate the life of someone who we knew, but didn't really know. That happened yesterday with Dr. Rao and his extended family. The amount of guests that attended and the stories that were told helped us to really appreciate the special person that family and friends gathered to celebrate.

THANK YOU for trusting the team of the Pere Marquette Bistro and Catering with the task of celebrating Dr. Rao's life. Our hearts go with you as you maneuver the year of firsts ahead of you. We appreciate your entire team and your family.
