Experience Joe Hudelson Music this Friday starting at 6 p.m.!
Joe Hudelson is a South San Francisco native whose most profound musical influences are Neil Young, Joni Mitchell, David Bowie, The Beatles, and progressive rock artists Steven Wilson, Neal Morse, and Peter Gabriel-era Genesis.
He wrote and produced his first album during the pandemic, a show called Athena's Island, about the 2020 Nobel Prize Winner for Chemistry, CAL Professor, Dr. Jennifer Doudna, whose story begins in Hawaii. Since Athena's Island, Joe has written and recorded most of the instrumental and vocal parts for three more albums: And Enjoy Your Ride (2022), Bowie Joins the Beatles (2023), and Crazy Little Thing Called Time (2025)--the last two albums featuring Pacifica native, guitarist Justin Cottrell. Joe is often joined by other musicians including bassist Grant Paul, drummer R. Booker, and vocalist (Joe's wife) Kristina Muhlker Hudelson.
