Creating more than just a café—creating opportunities!

At Mychal's Café & Bakery, every cup of coffee and every conversation fuels an inspiring mission: providing individuals with developmental disabilities opportunities for growth and independence. But turning this space into a community hub wasn’t without its challenges—especially when it came to acoustics.

From noisy echoes to disruptive sounds, the environment needed a transformation to match its incredible purpose. That’s where we stepped in. Working closely with the Mychal’s team, we designed and installed some of our newest acoustic systems into the space, to ensure it isn’t just functional, but also welcoming and comfortable for everyone.

Mychal's Café is a nonprofit dedicated to providing jobs and job training for people with developmental disabilities. We also have some amazing food! Our lettuce is grown in our farm stand, allowing our participants to grab the freshest lettuce and herbs for our sandwiches, sauces, and drinks. Thank you so much to LettuceGrow for donating the Farm Stand—we truly love it! 🌿🥪🍹
