We often want to help others that are clearly struggling especially if they are close to us. Because we’ve been through the same thing, we might be tempted to try to fix it! This is a normal response but consider this... 🤔

Aren’t you stronger after going through it?

Would you intentionally rob them of the opportunity to experience what would make them strong too? Breakthroughs are necessary for us all to build confidence and stamina for the next time!! Stand by, root them on, AND allow them the gift of emerging alone. This is nature’s way.
