It's official - the ribbon is cut and The Lounge at DeLille Cellars is officially open! 🥂

The Lounge at DeLille Cellars is a full service restaurant featuring wine by the glass and bottle. While our Tasting Room offers traditional seated wine tasting, The Lounge is casual restaurant where guests can enjoy an extensive wine list alongside hand-crafted cuisine.

Reservations are now available online, and we have limited walk-in seating. We look forward to seeing you soon. Cheers!

DeLille Cellars is thrilled to announce Michael C. Toni as the Executive Chef of The Lounge at DeLille Cellars. This partnership draws from two decades of friendship and unforgettable meals, as Chef Toni and his team at have been crafting menus and providing exceptional service for all of DeLille’s winery events for nearly 20 years.

We are also thankful for Chef Toni and his team at A Platinum Event for creating our DeLille Date Night meals to provide a unique home experience during a challenging year. The Lounge is the next evolution in this amazing partnership!

Michael C. Toni, Executive Chef of A Platinum Event and The Lounge at DeLille Cellars, graduated from California Culinary Academy in San Francisco in 1998. After graduation Chef Michael first went to work at Wolfgang Puck's Postrio in San Francisco. Following, he went to work at the Ritz Carlton Resort & Spa in Santa Barbara as a Sous Chef and then became Sous Chef at San Ysidro Ranch’s Stone House Restaurant in Montecito. Upon moving to the Pacific Northwest with his wife Kari, they started A Platinum Event Catering in 2002. They have spent the last 19 years with a singular focus on combining a customer-centric philosophy, proven expertise and a commitment to excellence at all levels.

A Platinum Event is a premium, full-service catering and event planning company. Over the past 2 decades we have strived to exceed our clients and their guests’ expectations at every event! We are looking to add to our catering team with those seeking a flexible and fast paced job. Whether we are catering a wedding, a baby shower, or a corporate event, we pride ourselves in having fun while working and delivering the very best service and experience to our guests.

Those applying will need to be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment, able to communicate effectively, be detail oriented and take direction well. No serving or event experience is required! We are happy to train great people!

Events will start in mid-June and are primarily at several wineries in Woodinville.

**Compensation starts at $23.50 per hour.
Opportunity for growth to management level.

Job description: Set up and breakdown of event furniture (ie. Tables, Chairs, Food stations, Bars, etc.) Tray passing of hors d’ oeuvres & beverages, serving plated entrees, clearing tables, communicate with the onsite lead & staff and provide all-around excellent customer service!

Job requirements for all Servers & Bartenders:
· Be able to stand & work on your feet for a long duration (9+ hours)
· Abide by COVID regulations & venue regulations
· Have professional appearance and demeanor
· Have reliable transportation
· Ability to provide excellent guest service consistently.
· Must have or obtain both a Washington State Food Handler’s card and Mast 12 or 13 (Liquor) permit prior to first shift. (We will reimburse costs on any Food Handler’s or Mast permit applied for and obtained in May or June of 2021.)
· Have a positive and professional approach to team members, clients, and work.
· Be able to lift 10lbs regularly, up to 25lbs occasionally.
· Ensure that the highest quality and cleanliness is constantly provided to our guests.
· Pro-active in solving guests concerns or directing them towards the event lead.

Additional Responsibilities for Bartenders:
· Maintains a clean, organized, and stocked environment.
· Pouring beer, wine, and cocktails for all guests.
· Work well with other bartenders.
· Adheres to all WA Liquor laws, along with health and safety regulations.
