We are an established, fun and family oriented indoor kids playground located in Redmond/Bellevue WA. We offers young children a safe and comfort play space to meet, play and explore. Parents and their kids can share in many activities, make new friends with playgroups and spend quality time together. Our environment is clean, safe, relaxing and fun.
Nature of Work:
This is a part time position that oversees customer activities at our indoor venue to ensure that the facility is clean, orderly, properly maintained and safe. This position require be able to interact with the public in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The work below is within the scope of work performed with this job classification. Individual job duties will vary based on work assignment.
* Open/close facility
* Greet and check in customer
* Securely maintain register - assure correct money count for each day
* Take in entry fee and make sales
* Provide general supervision of play area
* Light cleaning/pickup in play area and rest rooms
* Booking birthday party, fill up information form
* Assist birthday party check-in/check-out; help party host and party guests
* Answer questions in person or over the phone and assist customer during open hours
* Close/lock facility
QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must:
* Possess a High School diploma or the equivalent (GED)
* Be at least 17 years old
* Be friendly and courteous with customers
* Be able to work on Weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 10AM-6PM)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of children's games and activities.
Skill in providing excellent customer service; and working with children.
Ability to deal tactfully with the general public in person and on the phone; understand and carry out oral communications.
