Our dear friend Shawn made us this amazing and huge charcuterie board. It is extremely high quality, sturdy, solid, and heavy. It’s at least 40-50 lbs

We’ve had a busy summer cooking for clients with Gwen Marlowe Foods & Catering

It’s been busy and fun and it’s only getting crazier...

And that’s just the way we like it!

The most delicious dishes are usually created by simply combining a minimal amount of fresh, high quality ingredients

Quiche is the perfect example. Just cream, eggs, cheese, salt and pepper to taste, and toppings of your choice in a simple pie crust combine to make an irresistibly delicious yet simple breakfast or brunch entree.

Serve with: Arugula Salad dressed with olive oil, fresh squeezed lemon, salt, pepper, chili flake (optional).

40th birthday party for cousin

As a gift we made Filet Mignon w/Mushroom Demi Glacé, Mashed Yukon Golds over Melted Leek Sauce, and Roasted Frenched Carrots & Asparagus

Also on the menu was Chilean Sea Bass w/Hand Cut Mango Salsa

Both were a huge hit and we were happy to celebrate Amelia

Ok.

So when my cousin asked us if we’d be interested in donating 100 meals for the to raise money in support of the we didn’t even have to think twice! We were in. And ESPECIALLY on ? Yes. Yes. YAAAAAAAASSSSSS!!!

What we absolutely did NOT see coming was the reaction to this salad...

I mean look at it. It’s a salad. Of course if you’re familiar with the reputation then you already knew it was never going to be JUST ANY SALAD!😉

We have received DMs, texts, face to face compliments, etc by no less than 30+ women about THIS SALAD.

We’re simply blown away by the response! So much in fact that we will be shooting a how-to recipe video and posting it THIS WEEKEND! Now you can make it all on your own whenever you want!!!

In honor of such an AMAZING event that raised $14,000+ for the we have decided to call it...

“The Go Girl Glow! Salad”

Recipe video will be up this Saturday or sooner so watch out for it!!!
