We’re excited to welcome back renowned jazz pianist Patrick Karch to the California Chocolate Expo on Saturday, November 14, 2026!

Patrick brings a lifetime of musical talent and charm to the Expo. Classically trained from the age of seven, he fell in love with jazz early on — so much so that his first piano teacher reportedly “fired” him for improvising! Since then, Patrick has performed thousands of shows across the West Coast, from elegant weddings to jazz clubs, festivals and special events.

Patrick is especially loved for his smooth, soulful solo piano performances, bringing the timeless sound of a classic piano bar to life with warmth, personality and artistry. 🎶

🍎🍫 A little Sonoma County food adventure!

We started our day at the Gravenstein Apple Fair, exploring the local food culture, connecting with potential vendors and sponsors for the California Chocolate Expo – Santa Rosa, and—of course—enjoying all the apple goodness.

While we were there, we picked up a box of bonbons from Sonoma Chocolatiers & Tea House. I started with their Cinnamon Apple Brandy Over Walnut Gianduja, made with brandy from local apples, and the Raspberry White Tea… which I ate entirely too fast. 😂 Then polished off the rest after dinner.

Kyler's favorite part of the trip was discovering Oliver’s grocery store play setup. 🛒😂 And Ryker loved the swimming pool at our hotel.

Chocolate road trips + food inspiration + discovering amazing Northern California makers. That’s what Anah Eats is all about. ❤️
