Holiday party coming up?? At Grass Campers Event Venue We offer rentals for baby showers, holiday events and birthday parties - we include a lot more than just a venue + we have plenty of room and space for your guest on our private 10 acre property

Our party rental we offer are for an 8 hour day- so can take the time to enjoy yourself 
the party rental includes :
•4000 sq ft the outside venue
•fans throughout
•private bathrooms
•private guest parking
•tables and chairs
•serving tables
•gift tables
•3 sided bar area for drinks or for use of displaying food or gifts
•coolers
•selfie wall station
•whiskey barrels
•buffet tables
•fire pit area
•front porch with patio furniture
• bluetooth speaker sound system
•table linens
•party lighting
•event staff who are present before and after event

Total Weekend price for 8 hours :

$1700 for up to 80 guest weekends

$1900 for up to 100 guest weekends

$2400 for up to 150 guest weekends

*Additional time, use of interior spaces, Vendors, decorating, or catering can be added to this package - or DIY is allowed 

* Weekday pricing up to $300 off 

*Our wedding couples receive $100-$200 off when booking events

* the 8 hour time includes 2 hours for your set up and 1 hour for your tear down
with 5 hours for your event time
