We’re happy we can help kick start Junction Days by providing our space for the opening ceremony. We’re getting closer and closer to being able to start serving coffee ☕️

⛈ Due to the forecasted weather conditions tomorrow night, we have made the decision to move the opening ceremonies indoors at The Agora: Coffeehaus & Event Venue at 404 E Coolbaugh St ( next to the Red Oak Grand Theatre). The event will still start at 5:30. We hope to see you all there!

👏 We're excited to have our space activated by this worship group! This will be the first time having live music in our space, so it's gonna be extra fun for us to see how that works out - maybe this will open the door for more similar opportunities in the future.

Summer is almost here!! Join us for our first community-wide summer event on June 8th at 6PM in downtown Red Oak. Invite your friends and show up early for some snacks and hang time!

We’ll be opening our doors to the public this weekend as part of the holiday kick off put on by the Red Oak Chamber.

Santa and Mrs. Claus Friday night from 5-7 PM, along with hot cocoa served by Red Oak Rotarians and horse drawn carriage rides downtown.

Saturday from 10-noon: our family will be leading the Chamber’s free Christmas craft for the community…🎅🧑‍🎄🎄 Nishna Productions will be hosting holiday bingo during this time in our space, too.

The craft will be air-dry clay ornaments. We have some fun Red Oak themed cookie cutter shapes to play with. 🤗

Stop by and say hi 👋 we still have a ways to go before the coffee shop will be ready. But we’re excited to get the doors open for the first time.

“The Agora” stemming from Ancient Greece as a community market and gathering place.

With a sprinkle of our Germanic heritage by using “coffeehaus”, we hope this unique name doesn’t turn you away; agoraphobia is overrated anyway.

Neat to also note, the building is a Classical Revival architectural style, which also stems back to Ancient Rome & Greece.

Serving all the holiday energy. It’s a deep brown with a hint of purple, it’s giving “coffee with a sweet treat” vibes.

You can bet, Christmas music is playing in the background during this project. 🎄🎶

Time to introduce ourselves and get the ball rolling…

We’re Beau & Anna Boeye; with two wild little boys. Our family has been living in the downtown neighborhood since 2018, and in that time we’ve become passionate about our downtown restoration and community building. Recently we moved into the beautiful building at 404 E. Coolbaugh and we’re so excited to share this space!

We’ve been busy working on refreshing the store front for holiday event rentals and a coffeehaus coming 2025. We love our community and connecting with it, so let’s get those doors open, people caffeinated, and conversation flowing.

If you see us roaming around the Square or working downstairs, feel free to stop by and say HI. We’re open to all your ideas and insight as our goal is focused on a community space. Let us know what you think will work!
