We’re on a culinary mission to whip up sandwich specials, each a tasty tribute to our fantastic Red Hook neighbors! Kicking things off, we unveiled “The Upstate Pines Sandwich”—a Chicken Milanese marvel on House-Made Focaccia, loaded with Salami, Coppa, Fresco Cheese, Basil, and a drizzle of Olive Oil. Then came “The Bliss No Tuna Sandwich Wrap”—a chickpea delight with Tahini, Lemon, Celery, Maple Syrup, and Smoked Paprika, cozied up with Pickled Red Onion, Lettuce, and Hummus.

And now, drumroll please for “The Mighty Donut Burger”—a mighty beefy double whammy featuring Grass-Fed Beef, crowned with Onion Jam and Maple Baker Bacon, all served with a side of crispy French Fries, MISTO Aioli, and our House-Made Pickle!

Sorry, no donuts involved! But head down the road to after for your 🍩.

Hi there! Nadia here, bursting with excitement to finally spill the beans about our victories in this year’s Chronogram Reader’s Choice Awards! Our little food family juggles a million things, and let me tell you, it’s like a circus act balancing the shop, pop-ups, private catering, and, oh yeah, family life! But thanks to our amazing fans, we feel like rock stars. A massive thank you to everyone who cast their vote for us. Your support means the world to us! Smoked Beef Braciole, stuffed with bacon, sweet peppers, zesty pickled onions, and provolone, all drizzled with a heavenly Maple BBQ Sauce for tomorrow’s catering order!

We’re cranking out lots of catering orders each week, and our café/market kitchen is on a mission to run like a well-oiled machine, separate from our bustling catering kitchen. We know it’s tempting to ask us to warm up those cold goodies in the case, but trust us, they’re meant for take-home bliss to keep our catering kitchen cruising smoothly! Thanks a million for your understanding and for helping us keep the efficiency train rolling!

Due to the ongoing winter weather advisory, we have made the decision to cancel our pop-up in the Rose Hill Farm Taproom. However, our shop will remain open today during our regular Sunday hours, from 11:30 am to 3 pm, so swing by to grab some food to go on your way to Rose Hill! We are making fresh bread, hot coffee, preparing today’s lunch specials, and getting ready for tomorrow’s exciting pop-up!

Join us tomorrow for the Two Chefs, One Culinary Reunion featuring Wilson and his longtime friend, Jesse Frederick. They will be showcasing some of their beloved classic dishes. No reservations are necessary; just drop by between 4 and 7 pm. The menu will be available for both dine-in and takeout, and we will offer wine for this special occasion.

We have added vegetarian option on our Valentine’s Day à la carte menu: house-made ricotta gnudi accompanied by sage, shallots, and Tivoli Mushroom Co. mushrooms sautéed in brown butter. You can find the complete menu on our website. We will also offer wine, and reservations are still available. Additionally, the menu can be ordered for take-out.
