A Southern Marketplace Barn Sale is a 2-day upscale indoor and outdoor marketplace and shopping event. We are always searching for talented artisans selling refurbished furniture, handmade jewelry, clothing, original art, antiques and so much more! This shopping experience is an opportunity for unique vendors to showcase their talents in a relaxed atmosphere, and for shoppers to enjoy unique finds

, live music, and great food! A Southern Marketplace will review all vendor applications as they are submitted and will carefully select those that fit the “vintage market feel” of our barn sale. We want to offer quality goods that meet trendy buyer expectations, as well as unique, one-of-a-kind items that are not likely to be repeated. If you have never participated in a vendor event or barn sale, please do not hesitate to apply! We have developed an extensive marketing plan spread the word about A Southern Marketplace Barn Sale. We utilize social media, postcards, newspaper and local magazine ads, flyers, and partnering with other businesses to promote our event. Please help us spread the word by using your own blog, website or social media outlets. Flyers, postcards and digital images can be supplied to all vendors! Please do not hesitate to call, email or contact us via Facebook with any questions or concerns.

Our Story: A Southern Marketplace Barn Sale

Hey Ya’ll– First, we just want to express our sincere gratitude for your interest in A Southern Marketplace, a 2-day barn sale full of fun, uncommon finds coupled with an experience you’re sure to enjoy. We have had the honor and privilege of being inspired by so many great entrepreneurs who have also hosted or coordinated barn sales. We want each of you to also check out their barn sales and attend them as well. We’ve had so much support and help from them that we want to express how thankful we are to them for their support in our new endeavor. You can find a link to their barn sales on our website too. They’re amazing and you will be sure to love them!

This is the first year we have hosted a Barn Sale on our farm, Acres of Grace Farms, in Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee. Our farm is a true working farm, and we are anxious to showcase some amazing vendors offering unique, vintage, handmade or one-of-a-kind items. There will be a little bit of everything! Something new and unique to what we are also trying to do is that we are hosting farm tours of our farm on a true vintage 1953 Farm Truck. This will be an amazing educational experience for all… and we want to mention partnering with Honest Abe Log Homes by showcasing our personal home, which features our newest log profile, to you and your family. There are plans for a teaching garden to show how fun and easy it is to plant a garden. There will be farm tours, including row crop, cattle, honey bees, grinding corn meal and more.

Being our first annual barn sale we are working with a network of suppliers and people to advertise heavily in order to grow this event along with reaching people within a 150-mile radius! Our family heritage dates to farming for generations, and it truly means so much to get to host our first annual barn sale in my grandfather’s old barn while sharing our love and passion for agriculture, the land and log home living with you. While our barn sale is off the beaten path, it makes for an unforgettable experience we hope you remember forever.
