🌸 A LITTLE BUSINESS UPDATE & A BIG THANK YOU! 🌸
Well… we had a bit of an unexpected adventure at Grange Fair this weekend! 😅
Saturday morning, when we parked our delivery van at the fair, the parking brake decided it did NOT want to disengage. We tried everything we could think of, but unfortunately, our van was stuck!
This meant we had to make several trips in and out of the fairgrounds while trying to figure out what to do. We want to give a HUGE shout-out and thank you to the incredibly kind woman working at Gate #1 Saturday afternoon/evening. She was so understanding and gracious about our situation and kept letting us through even though we didn't have our tickets/passes with us. We were having a pretty stressful day, and her kindness truly made it a little bit better. ❤️
We'd love to find out who she is so we can personally thank her! If you know the kind woman who was working Gate #1 at Grange Fair on Saturday, please pass along our thanks and let her know how much we appreciated her kindness! 🥰
And another BIG thank you to Mark at Kuppel's Towing for coming to our rescue! 🚨 They were absolutely amazing—we called, and they had our van towed within about 15 minutes! 🙌
As for our customers: our delivery van is currently at the garage hopefully getting fixed, but we aren't sure yet how long it will be there. So, we are down a vehicle for the time being. We can absolutely still make deliveries, but scheduling may be a little more complicated this week. We may need a little extra flexibility from our customers when it comes to delivery timing.
And don't be surprised if your flowers arrive in a vehicle that looks a little different than our usual delivery van! 😂🌸
