We’re headed to Dayton for GROW! Snow, September 21 through 23.

Snowfighters Institute has put together three days for snow leaders and their teams, covering everything from liquids and winter planning to recruiting and retention, with a full tour of Landscaping: Dayton and Cincinnati Ohio and power panels on the contracts and storm decisions that shape an entire season. We’re proud that members of our own I.E. community are among those leading sessions!

To kick these things off on Monday evening, I.E. is hosting a gathering of our own. Join us at The Dessert Room from 6:30The Dessert Rooms d’oeuvres, dessert, drinks, an elevated event gift, and an evening spent with women who work in and alongside snow, ice, landscaping, and other male-majority industries. We have just two seats left in our upcoming Ambassador Program cohort. The program is a one-year circle for women who work in male-majority industries, filled with women who want to grow and want to see other women succeed. Over the year we cover six topics with six guest speakers, and between sessions you have a private community chat, worksheets, and resources that keep the conversation going after the call ends.

If cost is your only obstacle keeping you from joining us, we have scholarship funding available for women who cannot cover the full amount. Just ask us in a private message! It stays between us, and it changes nothing about how you are welcomed into this cohort.

Registration closes September 4 so your welcome box reaches you in time, and we gather in person on September 18 for our mocktail meet and greet, where you meet the women you will grow alongside all year as well as all other ambassadors current and past.

The Snow & Ice Management Assoc. Leadership Forum holds a special place in the story of I.E.

It’s where some of our founder’s friendship took root over shared meals, long walks, keynotes that turned into late conversations, and even a bit of fly-fishing. Those moments impacted what we’ve become in a way we will always be grateful for.

Last week, we had the honor of hosting Kayla Lujan for our Ambassador Session, and her impact was instant.

She challenged us to rethink how we use our time, reminding us that boundaries, bold asks, and protecting what matters most are how we lead ourselves first, so we can lift others. Influence rooted in character starts there.

That’s the heart of our Ambassador Program: intentional meetings, real growth, and women learning to lead with confidence.

We’re still glowing from our June 23rd evening in Cincinnati: a room full of strong, accomplished women, sharing their stories, their challenges, and their notes to their 25-year-old selves.

One week ago, 55 women filled Alcove by MadTree in Cincinnati.

Two panels left us inspired, with the next generation sharing what they see coming and women with twenty-plus years in male-majority industries sharing what they wish they knew early in their career.

Our attendees left after reconnecting with friends, reconnecting with new supporters in their corner and a community that will carry them through every season.
