Happy almost Friday! I am taking the time to say thank you to God for allowing me over 5 years to work with so many individuals under my business. I have learned SO many things as being a business owner and manager. Flexibility, cooperation, and trust are things that were very difficult for me at first. I always used to think I have to have the right staff, I have to hire all these people, sometimes you just need a few people with a little availability and belief in your vision to make mountains move. Happy February! This is a wonderful month and it’s also my birthday month I am sure you must be wondering where have I been since leaving the Inn. Here’s an update ⬆️
As business owners there comes a time where you may need to pivot in a different way in your business or revisit your strategy. This is why having a solid business plan is extremely important that you can reference when things get overwhelming or that you must see something different. Inside my business plan is a risk strategy, a financial projection, a mission statement, and my value proposition. It’s really important to study your businesses value proposition as it can be extremely enlightening on where you may need to take next steps for your business. This year 2026 I am taking Bapanada more mobile than I ever have before and creating pocket dimension spaces of love and acceptance through serving any person with a dietary preference and transforming the mindsets of others through my deliciousness, personal delivery, and high vibrational meals served in love. I am hired for 3 different private chef experiences this year and I am in love that I the universe has allowed me to rest and reflect in my next step before becoming frantic and moving too quickly on things that could create obstacles for me that I do not need. Thank you Bapanada Family for your patience with me during this time. I promise to serve everyone who wants Bapanada more and more this year!
